TZX Series Truck Mixer Washing System is specially designed by UDO to wash the exterior of the mixer trucks as well as the tires and hoppers. It is widely used in ready-mixed plants now.
The system includes four parts: flushing system, water supply system, water treatment and control system.
Flushing System：Main frame (truck wash room), sprinkler system (pipes, nozzles, etc.)
Water Supply System: Pumps, valves, pipes and clean water tank;
Water Treatment: Discharge ditch, settling pits.
Control System: Electric control cabinet, infrared switch, remote control.
High pressure, low water consumption, thorough washing, no blind angle.
The water spray angle is fan-shaped, and the nozzle angle can be adjusted.
The flushing water is sprayed inside the truck wash room, no external dispersal, and does not affect the jobsite.
PLC smart control, photoelectric / infrared automatic sensing
The washing data could be reset according to the jobsite.
