Fleets of 1 to 100 trucks can use the Udo system to process 100% of the recycled concrete. The reclaimer utilizes on-site wash water and yard water into a system that allows the producer to recycle the recycled concrete into usable aggregate, sand and gray water. All materials can be reused in fresh concrete mixes. Complete systems for the ready-mix and precast industry include Udo reclaimers, graywater pits, mixers and pumps, automatic controls, and turnkey installation services. All systems can be additionally equipped with a water treatment unit to dispose of excess water or to produce clean water.
